1.I pursue specialty
I acquire study every day so that a general dentist, a periodontist, an oral surgery specialist, an implant specialist, an orthodontic specialist, a dental hygienist, a dental technician, a dental assistant, the expert in each field including the reception desk pursue specialty. As a result, a strength of the staff is made use of and realizes team medical care by the cooperation of the specialist.

2.I aim at the comprehensive medical treatment
I do not examine one tooth and treat throughout the oral cavity of a patient with all the staff and aim at the prevention of the disease from head to foot. In addition, I prevent the repetition medical treatment that visits a hospital for treatment many times by giving medical care of throughout the oral cavity and allow to fix the intraoral environment in a better state and to maintain intraoral health by maintenance. I aim at keeping the comprehensive medical treatment in the life of patient oneself in mind.

3.I contribute to the area
Father of the director opened a dental clinic (tabo dentistry clinic) in Urawa, too. I counted it from charges of father and would contribute to a community medicine through dentistry for 37 years. I will act for improvement of the local dental IQ in future while telling all of you of Urawa about the need of importance and the treatment of the intraoral health.

4.I value teamwork
I continue daily study while all the members having specialty not only a dentist up to a dental hygienist and a dental assistant, a reception desk, and exchanging an active opinion between the staff to become independent in the field.

5.I aim at the global standards
I continue always working hard to neglect daily study to offer dentistry of global standards. I participate in congresses of the world positively and perform the announcement, and the treatment of the world standard level is received while being in Urawa. Because I can speak English, tabo of the director can provide the dental treatment of global standards towards the foreigner of the English zone.

6.I aim at the educational facility
In conformity with the American style education method that the director learned for the studying abroad era in America, I deal with the education instruction of a dentist, the dental hygienist. I always make an effort to be able to provide the treatment that was based on grounds while exchanging an opinion in all the members whether I perform group discussion when I do information sharing and learning about treatment and measures, and "it may be said that it is the best why" "why treatment said to that it is good is good".

7.I do my best brightly lively
There are two kinds to be sick and thinks that it is divided into a thing due to "the illness" and a thing by "the mind". Only a dentist and a dental hygienist can cure "the illness" of a patient, but can cure of "the mind" with all the staff. I do my best brightly lively together every day although being a pleasure. I make a patient happy by our vitality.
